April 10th, Thursday

Oh what a fun and busy day that was! We did the afternoon shift only (4-10pm). The weather was the best, teh warmest of this year. People were just strolling around, in great mood.
We drove around, parked on busy corners, talked to people, handed out drinks. People were crazy about the cars, the fact that they're electric and you could see they appreciated GURU as a brand more thanks to the fact that we "advertise" with electric cars.
We had this guy come up to us: he was so psyched about GURU and our cars so we decided to give him a ride around the block.
We also did a demo in Garden of Eden on Thursday. The manager was very happy with us and appreciated the effort we're doing to help him sell GURU. We only did the demo for an hour and a half because it wasnt very busy (Thursday afternoon, 1st real great weather of the season).
Most people there liked the tangerine and lemon-lime but nothing bad was said about other flavors either. Not a lot of people had tried/heard about GURU before but did say they have seen the cars around town.
The only complaint was that the Hybrid cans were too big. (August is near;).
The manager said that we should come back on a Saturday afternoon when the store is busy.

But we did meet some people who were already into GURU and said they drink it all the time!

A random story from a guy in Hoboken. When he saw the can of GURU lite he said he has seen it somewhere before. Then he remembered: at the Mets game. There was several cans right outside the entrance. People were trying to get in with GURU but were'nt allowed to bring drinks. We didnt do sampling at Mets game, right?
